Benjamin Mena is a seasoned recruiter who began his career after earning an Economics degree from the University of Central Florida. Over 15 years, he led hiring efforts for major defense contracts, supporting some of the nation’s most complex government programs. In 2018, he founded Select Source Solutions, continuing his government support while expanding into consulting. Benjamin now leverages his economics background to guide employers in aligning recruitment practices with broader economic and tech trends. Outside of work, he enjoys running, exploring wine regions, and hosting The Elite Recruiter Podcast.
