It’s clear we have a generational battle taking place in the work force. We have 4 active generations and it seems like that Gen Z may have the loudest voice but Boomers still have the majority of the power. The view of what work should be and our relationship to it seems to be shifting and evolving. Will full time roles even exist in the next few years?

I did a poll on Linkedin recently:

I guess is Gen Z aren’t the worst to work with… my though with working with people that are different than you is simple, lead with empathy and trying to understand them vs being judgmental and dismissive.
