I'm a huge fan of Mike’s content on Tiktok. We joked at the beginning that we share such a similar username - Realistic Recruiting and The Realest Recruiter but we have very distinct styles.
I love that in this episode we get to dive into the nuances of the job search and recruitment. We may think differently and have different opinions on the future of TA but that only cements the truth that everything in recruitment and hiring is subjective.
I’m excited to see Mike at the upcoming Recfest festival - If you’re going I’m sure Mike would love you to say hello!!!
