I'm most known for viral content on Linkedin, Tiktok, and Twitter but there's so much more to what drives this content. I’ve spent 6-7 hours a day over the past 4 years creating and consuming and building a strong network of other content creators.

The bulk of my research has been spent testing what works and more importantly, what doesn’t work.

That’s why, going forward, this newsletter is going to be all about how to create recruitment content and who to pay attention to in this space.

I’m all about delivering value without wasting your time - so each week expect high-value content that takes a few minutes to consume.

1. Each week, I’ll be interviewing a talent leader that is doing a great job with their content.

   From Tiktok Influencers to Podcasters, bloggers to video superstars. Each episode will include a short video where they share how building their brand has impacted their career and their life.

2. We’ll then break down how you can use their same strategies to build your brand, so each week you’ll learn and be inspired to create content.

I’ve already lined up some fan favorites and I’m super excited to continue to learn from the best in the industry.

Since this is the first week and It’s taken a while to get some guests lined up, that’s it for this week. The first episode of this new series will be dropping on Tuesday as usual, starting 16th May. Then coming weekly.
