I’ve been talking about this for sometime and now the data is backing it up the Job market for corporate roles is a nightmare.
I love the points that Melissa made about standing out and going above and beyond on the job search, that’s absolutely what’s needed in Today’s market. Don’t be afraid to send that follow up, craft an authentic thank you note.
I’m not a fan of this in every job market, but in this 2024 job market you have to do whatever you need to do to land jobs.
